How Much Do We Charge?

Our M&A firm fee is $0 upfront! We work for free until the M&A is closed. We do not receive any onboarding fee, no retainer, no ongoing monthly fee. We work on a success fee system only!

If we don’t buy your business directly, we will use our unique AI matching system to find relevant companies that will acquire your business (and collect our success fee for this work). We provide free support from our experienced M&A advisors every step of the way helping you get top dollar for your business!

Our success fee is based on the “purchase price” (not including the debt). This lowers your fee structure drastically compared to competitors/broker that charge a ~20% commission based on total stock (business) value + liabilities.

Success Fee Structure

• $3,500,000 or less valuation = 5% commission
• $3.5M-$7M valuation = 4% commission
• $7M-$35M valuation = 3% commission
• $35M-$70M valuation = 2% commission
• Over $70M valuation = 1% commission
